You warrant that your dog(s) are up-to-date on vaccinations and free of contagious diseases.

Creating an account requires providing accurate information (name, location, dog details).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these Terms.

3. User Conduct

Be respectful to other users and their dogs.

No discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior.

You're responsible for supervising your dog during playdates.

Meet in public, well-lit locations for initial playdates.

You agree to report any safety concerns or violations of these Terms.

4. Fees and Payments

All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, a trusted payment platform. We accept major credit cards and PayPal..

5. Safety and Liability

We encourage safety measures (verification, public meetups), but cannot guarantee them.

You use this service at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or lost property related to playdates.

Dog owners are expected to exercise reasonable care and judgment.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages), but grant us a license to display it within our Services.

Do not post content that is infringing, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

Our platform's design, text, and logos are protected by intellectual property rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranties of matches or the quality of those matches. You are expected to use your own judgement regarding the value they will provide for you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
